These Specific Conditions of the Purchase Contract apply to online sales made through the bijoya.com website (hereinafter, the ONLINE BOUTIQUE), of which Metales Preciosos Montrey SL (hereinafter BIJOYA) is the owner, to clients who have their delivery address in Spain.

Precious Metals Montrey SL is a limited company with registered office at c/ Tudela nº 1, Pamplona, ​​31003, Navarra, Spain with NIF B31623598, one of its trademarks being BIJOYA.

The use by the client of the services of the ONLINE BOUTIQUE presupposes, in any case, acceptance of the Specific Conditions of the national online Purchase Contract, in the version published by BIJOYA, at the time of the purchase order. Therefore, it is advisable that the customer read these Specific Conditions before proceeding to make a purchase, as well as the general terms and conditions of use of the portal.

In all matters not provided for in these Specific Conditions of the National Online Purchase Contract, the provisions established in the general terms and conditions of use of the portal must be complied with.


These particular online purchasing conditions apply to the purchase of any product present on the bijoya.com website made by consumers whose delivery address is in Spain.

The prices of each of the jewelry and watches are indicated on the website on the date the order is placed. Prices are detailed in each article and include VAT. The amount of shipping costs and any other service is also specified and will be indicated to the customer in detail at the time they place the order.

The online purchasing service through the Portal regulated in these Specific Conditions only allows the purchase of products and services to users over 18 years of age and with a delivery address in Spain.

BIJOYA reserves the right to cancel a user's access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.

BIJOYA will modify and update, if it deems appropriate, articles and prices in accordance with the company's commercial criteria.

In the case of the Canary Islands, the legally established indirect tax (IGIC) will be applied, which will be detailed prior to shipping.


Before contracting, the client will have available in the ONLINE BOUTIQUE the information related to the procedures that must be followed to conclude the electronic contract for the sale of products or services. The online purchasing procedure consists of the following phases referred to in the online purchasing process:

3.1. Pay

The client of BIJOYA products undertakes to use the portal diligently and in good faith, to pay the established price and is responsible for the veracity of the data provided required for the transaction.

The prices of each of the jewelry and watches are indicated on the website on the date the order is placed and include taxes and fees. The customer may choose the payment method at the end of the purchase process among the following:

  • Card payment: all Visa and Mastercard, American Express brand credit and debit cards are accepted.

  • Pay by Paypal.

  • Payment by transfer: the transfer will be made by the client's bank to the BIJOYA account and then sending the receipt to info @bijoya.com . Once payment is confirmed by the administration department, the product will be shipped.

For the payment process, BIJOYA uses third-party services other than BIJOYA. Once the payment process (step 3 of the online purchasing process) has been successfully completed, the contract will be deemed concluded and BIJOYA will confirm such contract by email within a maximum period of 24 hours.

3.2. Delivery

Unless otherwise expressly established during the online purchase process, the delivery procedure to the customer of the BIJOYA product or service purchased through the Service will be carried out in accordance with the following steps:

The shipment will be made to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process, as completed in step 2 (Data Form);

The shipment will be made using a courier service provided by a third party other than BIJOYA.

BIJOYA undertakes to deliver the product paid for by the customer to the delivery address within 15 business days, although for reasons beyond the control of the company it may take longer. If it is a new work, the period may be up to 14 weeks. If it is delayed more than 14 weeks, BIJOYA undertakes to notify the client within 48 hours and if the client so wishes, BIJOYA will refund the money.

If there is any problem in the processing of your order or in shipping, BIJOYA will contact the customer to inform them of the incident. Unless otherwise expressly established during the online purchase process, the shipping costs of the BIJOYA product or service purchased through the Service will be borne entirely by BIJOYA. This policy applies only to shipments made within Spain.


The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within FOURTEEN calendar days following receipt of the item purchased through the website.

To formalize the withdrawal, the client must send to the email address info@bijoya.com , within the indicated period, the returns form that is collected at the end of this section, indicating their willingness to withdraw, their data (including their number of account) and those of the contract whose withdrawal he seeks.

BIJOYA will then contact the customer to manage the effective return of the product.

Once the withdrawal has been formalized and the item has been returned along with its original packaging, the price will be refunded in the shortest period possible, and in any case, within fourteen calendar days following the moment in which BIJOYA has become aware of the customer's withdrawal. .

Online purchases do not accept changes in the jewelry model, only money refunds with the original payment method.

Returns will not be accepted if the jewel has already been modified previously, that is, size adjustments different from the original and engraving of the jewel.

All payments received will be refunded to you. The method used for the return will be through the same payment method used in the purchase. BIJOYA will not be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in the return process.

BIJOYA offers its customers products and services of the highest quality.

Therefore, the client is informed and expressly consents to these circumstances and differences, without them being a cause for termination of the Contract.

In any case, without prejudice to what is established at the beginning of the section, BIJOYA products purchased by the client through the purchase procedure established on the website have the legal guarantee typical of consumer goods, that is, their conformity with their description on the website and with these Specific Conditions.

The guarantee relating to damage caused by improper use is excluded, as well as in general all those excluded by current European Union legislation.

BIJOYA is not a member of any association or organization that offers an extrajudicial conflict resolution system.


All contents (including graphic design, source code, logos, texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, trade names, brands or distinctive signs and any elements that appear on the Portal), unless expressly indicated otherwise, are the property exclusive of BIJOYA or third parties.

No intellectual or industrial property rights are transferred to the client over the Portal or any of its component elements, and the client is expressly prohibited from reproducing, transforming, distributing, publicly communicating, making available, extracting, reusing, forwarding or using of any nature, by any means or procedure, of any of them, except in cases where it is legally permitted or authorized by the owner of the corresponding rights.
